About Growth Fusion: Built by Operators, for Operators.
Growth Fusion is the AI-focused practice of BlueBerry Tech Inc. — a Richmond, BC–based technology company that has been shipping IoT, embedded, telematics, and operational software for enterprise clients since 2016. Founder Nadeem Jamal ran an engine oil distribution business across Myanmar before scaling into IoT and AI — 15+ years of operating experience now applied to AI for Canadian SMBs.
We exist for one reason: most AI engagements ship demos that never run in production. We build the kind that does — because we’ve spent fifteen years learning what production technology actually requires. Growth Fusion is a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the UK Chamber of Commerce, and works with BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada) on borrower readiness through the BDC LIFT program. Founder & Operator
I'm not a consultant who read about operations in a McKinsey report. I ran a distribution business — 6 trucks, 1,500+ customers in Myanmar — and I lost years to AR chasing, spreadsheet workarounds, and the kind of operational coordination that lives in an owner's head.
I founded an IoT and telematics company that scaled into Asia-Pacific's top 6 in the Wialon ecosystem. Sold it through an acquisition by a Singapore-listed corporation. Then I led embedded engineering at AGCO, Damon Motorcycles, and Green Spirit — production-grade systems where reliability and safety compliance aren't optional.
Growth Fusion exists because I've watched too many SMB owners burn money on AI demos that don't fit their business. Generic AI doesn't know your customers, your vendors, your history, or your numbers. It will always stay a novelty until someone integrates it into the operations.
That's the gap we're built to close.
Our journey.

Hero Engine Oil — Vancouver to Yangon
Built and ran an engine oil distribution business in Myanmar. 6 trucks, 1,500+ customers, country-wide coverage. Sunday AR calls. Spreadsheets QuickBooks couldn't handle. The operator pain that years later became the thesis behind Growth Fusion.

Myanmar Tracker
Founded an IoT and telematics company. Grew it into Top 6 in Asia-Pacific within the Wialon ecosystem with 30% YoY revenue growth. Clients included Telenor, Puma Energy, British American Tobacco, Yoma Car Share, and Kobelco. Exited via acquisition by a Singapore-listed corporation.

What we believe.
Operators understand operators.
A technology firm that has only ever consulted from a slide deck cannot build AI that actually runs in your business. Lived experience translates.
Production beats demos.
95% of AI pilots never reach production. We build the other 5% — the ones owners come to depend on day to day.
Workflow integration is the real moat.
AI that doesn't know your customers, vendors, history, and numbers is a novelty. Workflow context is what makes the AI useful.
Partnerships, not projects.
Operations evolve. We stay in the engagement long enough to evolve with them — not deliver, invoice, and disappear.
Let's talk.
